New and remanufactured cases for high-volume loaders, commercial reloaders, and ammunition manufacturers. Our owners have well over 500 million rounds of ammunition production behind them — we know exactly what separates brass that runs from brass that stops a line.
Request Pricing & AvailabilitySee Our ProcessVirgin, unfired cases — clean primer pockets, uniform necks, consistent case volume. For loaders who need the tightest lot-to-lot repeatability and match-grade consistency.
Once-fired cases sorted, cleaned, sized, and fully processed to load-ready condition. The economics of reman with the consistency of new — because the processing is done right, not done fast.
Have your own brass? We sort, deprime, clean, size, trim, swage, anneal, and inspect to your spec, then return it palletized and lot-labeled.
9mm, .223/5.56, .300 Blackout, .308/7.62, .45 ACP and .40 S&W run as standing lines. Other calibers by arrangement on scheduled runs.
Bulk boxed, drummed, or palletized and labeled to your spec. Shipped on your schedule from Utah, on the same freight lanes as the rest of the Beehive line.
Most brass problems on a loading line trace back to something skipped upstream: a primer pocket that was never swaged, a case that was never trimmed to length, a split neck that was never caught, a Berdan case that was never pulled. Each one is cheap to prevent and expensive to discover at the press.
We built our process around the failure modes we've personally chased down on production lines. Every step below happens on every lot — not on the lots someone remembered to check.
We also build the machines that do it. The processing equipment on our floor is designed and machined in-house by our sister company, Reloader Solutions — so if you'd rather process your own brass, you can buy the same machines we run.
| What you get | How we run it |
|---|---|
| Load-ready condition | Sized, trimmed, swaged and inspected — it goes straight to your press, not to your sorting bench |
| Lot traceability | Every skid tied to a documented process lot with inspection results on file |
| Scheduled supply | Standing monthly allocations for repeat customers, quoted before we run it |
Brass is not a commodity you can buy well without knowing what it's going into. Case wall thickness, neck tension, primer pocket depth, work hardening, case volume — every one of them shows up later as a pressure variation, a light strike, a setback, or a stoppage.
Between the owners of Beehive, well over 500 million rounds of ammunition have been produced. That's not a marketing number — it's the reason our spec sheet looks the way it does. We wrote it from the problems we've had to solve on live production lines, not from a supplier catalog.
So when we tell you a lot is load-ready, we're saying it as people who have had to run brass through machines at rate, with the machines' output as the only thing that mattered.
Manufacturing knowledge, not just a warehouse. Beehive Brass sits inside a group that machines, loads, and builds — so the people setting the brass spec are the same people who live with the consequences of it.
Scheduled monthly brass allocation to match your loading capacity — pair it with projectiles from Beehive Bullets and both components come off one relationship.
Load-ready processed brass in bulk so your labor goes into loading, not into sorting, swaging, and culling someone else's shortcuts.
Volume processing of your once-fired brass, returned sorted and load-ready — or bought outright, depending on what makes sense for you.
Processing enough volume to justify your own equipment? Reloader Solutions builds the sorting, sizing, trimming, swaging and annealing machines we use ourselves.
Sorted single-headstamp lots for people who care about case volume consistency because their groups depend on it.
Send the caliber, monthly quantity, whether you want new or remanufactured, and any spec requirements. We'll come back with availability and pricing — and an honest answer about which one you actually want.
